@Michelle A your comment above state that this repair was completed on 5/18, but it wasn't moved to ready to submit until 7/2. That's too long for a warranty claim to have no action. We understand you are short handed, manufacturers, don't care. They look for ways not to pay claims, this is an easy no for them. The claim has been submitted, let's see what Grand Design says. @Matt F as manufacturers become more and more stringent with policy and procedure you may want to reach out to IDS to see if there is a way to add the official completion date on your final invoices. Other manufacturers ask for that date in their claim submission already. Let's see how this one plays out. . Happy Friday everyone!
