Yes, we will have to wait until that is completed and we need to include diagnosis time in the requested PA. They do not approve diagnosis without knowing what the issue is, we have tried multiple times in the past.

@Alix M The point of a pre-auth is to ensure we are not left holding the bag. If I go ahead and drop the underbelly and diagnose the issue, I would like some assurance we will be reimbursed for that time.
