@Alix M @Dustin L , Alix, this is a hot one, could we please try to get a quick approval on this one. He's already had issues with his unit and has threatened to sue GD. He is actually taking his unit to GD this fall for a slide repair. We just want to speed up this process to keep the customer happy. Thanks!
