@Alix M the unit was received with dog bowls installed by the manufacturer. we had to remove them and cover the holes. Rob, the rep for the units is aware. We just need to get this submitted so I can call him with the claim number so he can push everything on Grand Designs side.

@Alix M RANDALL IS CONTACTING ROB, THE SALES REP AT GRAND DESIGN TO STRAIGHTEN IT OUT. THIS IS HOW HE TOLD US TO HANDLE IT AND THAT HE WOULD PUSH IT THROUGH ON THEIR END ONCE WE GAVE HIM THE PRE-AUTH NUMBER.
