Warranty Repair 2: How much time are you requesting and we need a correction as Grand Design won't approve anything until you have this. Warranty Repair 3: Please list a proper cause for the torn armrest. Warranty Repair 4: Do you have a case number for the water pump or any other information as to why it needed replaced? Also need time requested. Warranty Repair 13: I do not see the recall listed for this unit in Grand Designs system. Let me know how you want me to proceed. Warranty Repair 14: Where did the leak come from? If not previously noted on the WO, we will need a line for the leak to be fixed.

@Alix M water damage is coming in at the bottom of the slide. The same slide we are requesting to pull out to check the hole the slide is in to verify that is it cut properly. He said that the very bottom of the slide where the water is getting in, there is a small drip pan to catch any water that might come in a little but the gap is allowing to much water in and overflowing the drip tray causing the water to infiltrate the unit. He said he wanted to put a line of caulk in there to help deter the water from back flowing into the unit and to give it a little more of a ledge to keep water out but the space is so tight we can not get the nozzle of a caulk gun in to the drip tray to do that. If we get the approval to for the slide to be taken out, we may have more options on way to prevent further damage. I also spoke to my tech on the floor squeak by the freezer door. He stated that the there are several things that could be happening, but we will not know until we drop that under belly. he said there could be a screw that is rubbing making the noisem or a clump of sawdust that is built up in that spot and he isn't sure what it would be until we can open up.. . I also confirmed with my tech that the tear in the arm rest is unknown in origin. He stated that there is not rough wear on the arm and the couch is in like new condition. We do not believe that it is wear and tear issue, and it does seem to be a straight enough cut to have been from a knife or anything. If you would like me to try and get further information from the tech I can reach out.

Warranty Repair 2 - denied Floor noises such as pops and squeaks in general are going to occur and labor to chase them down is not warrantable. You may check the island and make sure it is secure to the floor- Sometimes that may cause the noise. Warranty Repair 3 - Will cover part only as a one time courtesy to the customer (armrest) Warranty Repair 4 - denied Maintenance repair not covered under warranty (u-bolts) Warranty Repair 5 - Customer reimbursement needs to be sent to customer service using case #940587 not through warranty Warranty Repair 9 - denied resetting the radio is a maintenance repair Warranty Repair 13 - denied - Not a covered warranty repair would be owners expense

Warranty Repair 11:For repair instructions you can have your tech call into our site call dept for visual assistance. Have your tech call in when they are with the unit and on a cell phone, ask for site call and give them case#1020395.

@Alix M @Michelle A Sorry for the confusion the parts were relieved on line WARR 01, the issue on line WARR16 is due to the slide being out of spec on line WARR 01 so the tech fixed the woodwork on line WARR01. after reinstalling the slide.
