@Michelle A Warranty Repair 1: This states "need to order new storage door" but then you say 1.5 hours per door. Please confirm whether you are replacing 1 or 2 doors.

@Alix M I will get the video of the leak for you. warr02# we have literally checked every closet cabinet, and hiding spot in this unit. It is not in the unit anywhere. I have had 4 different people look through this unit more than once. This is not in the unit There is not antenna, bracket, or power cord for it in the unit. This unit was not built with it. CMR looked at many units before picking this one. We believe that the CMR was confused about seeing it in this unit and possibly saw it in another unit we had.

@Michelle A From GD: "This is where the travel fi should be located. If it is not in the cabinet, then get on the roof and search for a black hemisphere located somewhere in that area. Iyou do not find it then that unit does not have it. This should be Travel Fi  On board WI Fi ready." I have added his email to the folder so you can see it.

Job 1: approved for 0.3 hour (requested 1.5 hour Job 2: approved for 0.2 hour (requested 1.5 hour) - I am going to email James on this as the flat rate for one handle is 0.2 hour and you are replacing 3 and a latch. Warranty Repair 1: approved for 1.5 hours to replace both doors (requested 3 hours) Warranty Repair 2: NEED RESPONSE FROM GREENEWAY

@Alix M WE HAVE CHECKED THE UNIT. THERE IS NO ANTENNA ON TOP OR STICKERS IN THE UNIT FOR THE TRAVLFI. BUT IT IS LISTED IN THE PAPERWORK FOR FROM GD THAT THE UNIT HAS TRAVLFI. i CAN SCAN AND ATTACH IF NEEDED.

@Michelle A @Kaitlyn R Job 1: approved for 0.3 hour (requested 1.5 hour) Job 2: approved for 0.4 hour (requested 1.5 hour) Warranty Repair 1: approved for 1.5 hour to replace both doors (requested 3 hours) Warranty Repair 2: denied - The unit is Travel fi prepped, there would be no equipment installed. A travel router would be able to plugged into any receptacle. *I have emailed James regarding Job 2 and Warranty Repair 1 as the flat rates should at least show 0.6 hour for job 2 and 2 hours for Warranty Repair 1.

@Alix M I went out and looked at other units on our lot and every one included a travelfi router, a 12v connection and an antenna installed on the roof of the camper. This unit did not have a router, a 12v connection or an antenna on the roof. The customer agreed to accept a bare router that plugs into a 110v outlet.

@Kaitlyn R @Michelle A @Matt F GDRV will approve the Travl fi system and parts needed. 1 hour labor to install . You can get power from the panel that is below shelf where the router will be mounted Dealer can borrow power from the touchpad just under the cavity where the router will be installed. This is the 12V wire harness that Lippert uses. The TravlFi has a length of wire with a cartridge fuse inline (necessary). needed items: • router • router hardwire kit with fuse. • router bracket • Lippert 12V harness
