WR2/3/4/6/7 were previously paid and are closed. The current live thread still shows WR11 waiting on the floor-vent invoice, with the Oct. 5 follow-up unresolved. I also found an approval-to-final-RO reconciliation issue on the remaining WR5/WR8/WR11 work: the documented history shows WR5 approved part-only, WR8 approved for 8.0 hours, and WR11 approved for 0.1 hour, while the current final RO carries labor amounts that do not clearly match those approvals. PA 2807696 was later entered after the prior PA expired, but I do not see revised approval terms in the current folder/sidebar that explain the differences. Please upload the WR11 vent invoice and confirm/document the current PA 2807696 approval terms, then reconcile the final RO itemization for WR5/WR8/WR11 before resubmission.
