@Alix M line7 needs like 15 minutes, but he was going to repair it with line 6 as he will be up there already. Just needs to be siliconed as it is pulling from unit. Line 8: check the facia boards for placement. they seam loose to the touch. need to refasten with brad nails. half hour labor. line 9:Check toilet ball valve seal. Wont hold water. Needs new seal. Half hour labor plus seal. request .5 These are the techs note, I'm unsure why they didn't transfer over for you.

Also, if any of the denied items were listed on the DAF, please provide. If you can provide me more information for Warranty Repair 6 and how it will take you 1.5 hours, I can go back to them as well, same with Warranty Repair 1

@Alix M I CAN REACH OUT TO THE CUSTOMER REGARDING THE WINTERIZE. THIS CUSTOMER DID NOT BUY THIS UNIT FROM US. WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE DAF. FOR WARR LINE 6, WOULD GRAND DESIGN BE WILLING TO MEET IN THE MIDDLE AND DO AN HOUR?

@Alix M i BELIEVE THAT GRAND DESIGN HAD SENT THE LIGHTS TO US AND THAT IS THE NAME IN THE SYSTEM. I KNOW I HAD BEEN WORKING DIRECTLY WITH GD ON THAT. THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY IN STOCK AT THAT TIME, AND THEY WERE WORRIED ABOUT HOW LONG UNTIL THEY WOULD BE BACK IN STOCK. i BELIEVE THEY DID SEND US THE PART ONCE IT WAS BACK IN STOCK AND THAT IS WHAT IT IS IN OUR SYSTEM.

@Michelle A The awning lights didn't come from GD, they came from Amazon according to the invoice. The correction only states "Both side front Cap lights need to be replaced" so I am questioning why there are awning lights listed on here, and Grand Design didn't send them. Please advise if 3 lights were in fact replaced.

@Alix M i REVIEWED EMAILS WITH ANDY AT GD. THE AWNING LIGHTS WERE PUT ON THE WO FOR INSTALL WHEN THE PARTS WERE GOING TO BE DELAYED AS A SUBSTITUTE. WE WENT ON WINTER BREAK AND WHILE WE WERE OFF THEY GOT THE LIGHTS BACK IN STOCK. tHESE AWNING LIGHTS WERE PUT ON THERE TO MAKE THE PROCESS SPEEDIER FOR CMR TO HAVE THEM INSTALLED IN PLACE OF THE LIGHT INTERIOR 41". WE ENDED UP NOT USING THE AWNING LIGHTS ON THERE BECAUSE THE OTHER LIGHTS FROM GD HAD BEEN RECEIVED FROM BACK ORDER. fOR SOME REASON THEY NEVER GOT TAKEN BACK OFF THE WO WHEN THE OTHER LIGHTS WERE INSTALLED. sO AWNING LIGHTS WERE NOT USED ON THIS WORK ORDER. i APOLOGIZE FOR THE CONFUSION.
