@Alix M THERE IS NOTHING MORE THAT I CAN PUT IN IT AS WE DO NOT ACTUALLY LOOK AT THESE UNITS.. WE SET UP THE APPOINTMENTS FOR THEM TO GO TO A SUBLET SHOP TO HAVE THE WELDING DONE. WE DON'T INSPECT THEM OR ANYTHING. THE ONLY THING THAT I CAN PUT IN THERE IS THAT IT IS PART OF THE CUSTOMER SATIFACTION PROGRAM AND THAT THE WELDING IS COMPLETE.
