@Alix M WHAT DATE DO YOU GO OFF OF WHEN THE WORK ORDER IS NOT A B?... CUZ NONE OF THEM ARE EVER GOING TO BE ACTUALLY CORRECT AS FAR AS THE DATE THAT THE WORK ACTUALLY STARTED.. SPECIFICALLY MOBILE SERVICE ONES AS THE WORK ORDERS ARE CREATED PRIOR TO THE UNIT BEING LOOKED AT... THE WORK STARTED ON 11/17. BUT, THE ORIGINAL WORK ORDER WAS CREATED ON 10/28.

For manufacturers this is all different. Grand Design we need the In Date, which I always entered as what was listed on the WO, and then the Work started date AND the work completed date. If they are work orders with just a couple small things, I always just used the one date. So Grand Design we need 3 dates, which I always just used what was listed on the WO and what you commented. I just caught the dates being different recently as you uploaded WO's with work done prior to the in date so that is why I wanted to bring this to your attention now. Sorry for all the confusion!
