@Alix M We are aware that the unit is out of warranty. CMR is adamant that the unit has these issues and should be covered under warranty. This is the second time we have looked at this unit, and there was a dealer before hand that also had looked at it. All have come to the same conclusion that the unit does not have issue. We are just requesting it be entered again to be declined through Grand Design to do our due diligence. CMR also stated that there is a recall on the unit? if so please just let us know which one so we can get that taken care of. Thank you! Please let me know if there is any other questions.
