@Michelle A From FR: Hello, I apologize but I am getting some conflicting information from the pictures on this claim. I see the gold actuator and a single bolt which would lead me to believe this is a Tuson brand and not a part of the recall, however, I do also see where the part number is 168956 which is what the TSB states is the defective actuator. Can you please confirm if there is a plate with the serial number anywhere on the actuator or if the LCI logo is embossed on the silver head of the actuator, this would be by the motor. Thank you.

Please confirm that you no longer have the part and will will move this claim to unable to submit. Please advise your team to keep parts for the required amount of time after repair, in order to alleviate these types of costly mistakes.
