@Kaitlyn R Warranty Repair 1: approved for 0.9 hours vendor approval Suburban will authorize the replacement of the Room Air Wheel, field scrap the old part, warranty allowance time is .90 hrs. *I will email on this as you stated you needed to replace the thermostat, blower wheel and ignition board. Warranty Repair 2: denied no problem found Warranty Repair 3: approved for 0.5 hour

GD kicked it back and asked for the diag sheet to be filled out, but did not attach it to the PA. I sent it back asking for a copy to be provided. The only one I could find was for cooling, not heating.

Sent another email to Grand Design. @Chris B I feel Grand Design is blatantly ignoring my requests. FYI. We are waiting on the ignition board to be approved as they approved the thermostat and blower cage but managed to miss the correction which included the ignition board on two PA's already.

@Kaitlyn R 965219 - with the room blower wheel and wheel room air; This claim should have been submitted as this job was completed. you weren't waiting for anything for this claim. I will submit to the vendor however if they deny for a late submitting you will be charged back in full That is from Grand Design. I made a comment on there that it goes with the other claim and it took a while to submit as we waited for the proper approvals but because they approved the wheel room air part first, they are saying this should have been submitted timely. Hopefully there are no issues, but I will keep you posted.

@Kaitlyn R Is the fan control module the ignition switch? They are questioning parts so I want to be sure I have all the correct information. The Ignition switch, room air wheel and thermostat were approved on PA so need to make sure I am matching things up right. Thank you!
