@Kaitlyn R No, and Keystone has been behind for months now. They typically take about 4-5 business days to approve due to staffing issues. I will follow up with them.

@Kaitlyn R @Michelle A Do you know how the copper line on the water heater became broken? I can try and go back to Keystone to get labor covered if I have more information. Moving to PA's approved for now.

@Alix M WE DO NOT KNOW HOW THE COPPER LINE WAS DAMAGED... THE ONLY THING THAT WE HAVE DONE TO THIS UNIT PRIOR TO THIS WORK ORDER IS WINTERIZE IT FOR THE LOT. ALL THAT THAT ENTAILS IS BYPASSING THE WATER HEATER. THE FIRST TIME THAT WE APPLIED WATER TO THE UNIT AND TESTED IT WAS THIS WORK ORDER. IT HAD TO HAVE COME FROM THE MANUFACTURER THIS WAY.

@Kaitlyn R @Michelle A From Keystone: Good morning,   I hope this email finds you well.  This unit has been on dealer lot since 2024 (a year) per the pictures provided the defect/damage is due to freeze damage.  All of our units leave the factory winterized.  Due to this reason, we have approved for part only as goodwill.    Thank you.
