@Michelle A Warranty Repair 1: did the tech attempt to adjust the door or striker plate at all to see if that was the issue? Does the lock cylinder spin when a key is inserted into it or does it feel like it's still grabbing as normal, it's just not actually locking the lock assembly? We also need a picture of the entry door tag by the hinges, this is a small white tag on the actual door itself, as well as a picture of the code tag inside the lock assembly, the back four screws will need undone. Warranty Repair 3: We will also need a picture of the complete sofa and the box you are stating has no power. If you could show that as well with the reader that would be appreciated. I am not able to visualize what "switch" you are talking about, but it is possible the electrical component could be replaced independently of the complete sofa. Please advise, thank you.

@Alix M notes from my tech. tech did adjust the door and striker plate.. It does latch now but can still be jiggled open with little attempt. Cylinder is working properly, feels normal when key is inserted.

@Michelle A They are approving what you requested in the correction "will need new door lock and plate". Due to the way that sentence is written on the work order, they approved a new striker plate/door lock. If you need a new door, I will need an updated WO for that as this does not state that.
