@Alix M they were two different concerns. line 1 is that the compartment door leaking water. Line 5 is regarding the a trim piece that covers the screw track along the roof of the unit that is leaking. i have to talk to the technician that did the repairs. he accidentally uploaded the same pictures to both lines.

@Alix M I JUST SPOKE TO THE TECHNICIAN.. FOR SOME REASON HE NO LONGER HAS PHOTOS OF THE COMPARTMENT DOOR AND THE UNIT HAS NOW LEFT OUR FACILITY. SO, UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT HAVE PICTURES. WE WILL HAVE TO EAT THAT LINE.

@Alix M i was out all of last week and I'm trying to get caught back up this week. I haven't had a chance to go back to all of the comments yet. warr01- .20 is acceptable. warr2- Would prefer to have .20 (this would also reflect the labor that was approved for line 1) warr3- .10 is not sufficient- we need closer to .20 for this repair. The technician had to take the dresser top off, take measurements, move the magnet, put the dresser top back on. job 2- is acceptable. job 3- we will accept job 4- we will accept job 5- we will accept job 8- with the pictures that are provided to show the areas, .5 is acceptable. This was another work order that was a new technician.

@Alix M I assumed that was the case... I have two pictures. One shows the metal plate on the wall, which means the magnet is installed on the bottom side of the pull out dresser top. To adjust the magnet would require removing the dresser top...
