@Kaitlyn R Job 2: how did this occur? was it caught in slide while operating? Job 3: attach straight edge photo of door while open showing that it is warped Job 4: are you referring to just the hinged peice or entire arm rest? Job 5: customer is responsible for keeping gutters cleared of debris need photos of the awning arm hardware data tags and additional information regarding awning adjustment. What adjustment was made and did this resolve issue?

@Alix M job 2: unsure as to what caused it. it very well could have gotten caught by the slide out.. but, the customer did not state that. job 3: reached out to the customer to see if they could get us a picture with a straight edge. this unit is perm parked 82 miles from our facility. job 4: the hinge and the arm rest cover. job 5: uploaded photo. yes, the adjustment rectified the issue.

@Chris B I am well aware. I don't understand what more of a "story" they need. As soon as you have to drop an underbelly, you have a minimum of 3 hours - plus the repairs to the leaking fittings... this is beside the fact diagnosis is required in WI!

@Matt F @Kaitlyn R With their latest response: Good morning, Chris   Mike and I have discussed this claim, and Gretchen has an email to your team for additional information to justify extra time - Claim details; T-fitting was leaking under the kitchen sink, and water found its way into the underbelly. The dealer dropped a section of the underbelly to drain the water and replaced the T-fitting under the sink. For those specific repairs one hour seems to be a fair time.   Example of additional information; how much underbelly did the dealer remove, were there any other steps in the repair not noted? As soon as we get the supporting information, we can review the request.   Thank you. Can you provide us with the information they are requesting?

@Alix M The work was done at the campsite in the dirt. It was difficult to manuver between the deck and plumbing to gain access to drop the underbelly to drain and dry out. The LP line also needed to be dropped to drop the underbelly. Putting the underbelly back up required additional time to wrestle into place and look respectable as the water had slightly stretched the underbelly material. A judgement call was made to spend a bit of extra time to reuse the existing underbelly vs the labor and materials to replace it.

@Alix M We didnt ask for reimbursement for a service call. We did however justify the additional time as you had requested. If we should not attempt to work with you and save warranty dollars, let us know. To me, it makes sense to spend a bit more time trying to save the existing underbelly vs claiming a bunch of time and a new piece of underbelly.

@Matt F From Gretchen: Hello, An additional .50 was approved. I was never told how much underbelly was actually removed/dropped per the photos 1.5 hours is more than sufficient.   Service call is not covered under warranty unless pre-authorized and on a case-by-case basis. This unit would not have had a service call covered for these repairs. *I copied and pasted what you said above stating we were not asking for a service call, so I don't know why she responded like this again. @Chris B
