Don’t need approval for diag time. Just have to have separate punch times so we can bill them correctly. They are required to pay reasonable diagnostic time.

@Alix M @Matt F and one of our technicians were working on this unit. Lippert was contacted. The unit is back at our facility now after the new owner took it on their first trip. The unity board did not rectify the concern. We will need to do further diagnostics now that it is back. I will update with further information once the tech has a chance to cycle this unit back into the shop. The technician did have a conversation with Lippert. The case number for that is #6243420

@Alix M The current probes that are currently installed on the unit are installed too high and are caught in an air bubble. Will need to drop the underbelly, remove the tank, install new probs, reinstall the tank, and put up the underbelly. Please request 7 hours of labor.

@Kaitlyn R @Michelle A This was approved for 10 hours hello, the authorization to replace the probes on both tanks is pending photos of both tanks including any vendor stamps/logos as well as a photo of all probes before and after replacement. Failure to submit these photos at the time of repair is subject to result in denial of the claim. Thank you!

@Alix M This is a unique situation, the customer complaint was the monitor panel was not reading correctly. We checked every single related component at nauseaum. We discovered the holding tank heaters (an unrelated component) had a poor ground that was creating a voltage drop in the system that affected the monitor panel. *the correction had nothing to do with the component that was in the complaint* A gentleman from FR called me to discuss and we agreed on 20 hours.
