@Kaitlyn R From vendor: The claim states there is no ripping and also states fabric is torn, can you clarify what is happening? We will need a top side photo of the concern.

@Alix M the concern is what the customer reports to us. Not what we write. The customer states they didn't see ripping. The technician in the cause stated that it is in fact torn when he went out to the unit to look at it . I will have to text the customer to see if they can go on the roof to get a picture. This unit is perm. parked on the customers property.
