@Dustin L I see that there was an additional job added on to this. I can attempt to get this approved, but the warranty on this unit is now expired. I will need photos of the toilet and the tags before we can try and get this approved/paid.

@Alix M no flex to ball technician replaced seal multiple times and cleaned to no solution internally bad toilet new toilet no issues still to date
