@Michelle A When was the other item repaired? If it's past 30 days, Grand Design won't pay it. When some jobs are completed on WO's but you are waiting for others and you're unsure if it will be a while, we should do partial claims on WOs.

@Alix M I would give it a try. Maybe add a note in the comments that the customer declined the other approved repair once dealer was able to get in touch with customer.

What could have improved payment: submit the completed catch within the applicable deadline, retain a dated completion/handoff record and required invoice, and keep the pending customer decision on a separate tracked item.
