@Kaitlyn R This was Approved for cartridge only. Part # DR-102-BLS36, , the approved labor rate would be .3 and freight would only be for that item. The cartridge can be replaced without removing the entire shower and sealant.

@Kaitlyn R I know this WO states 0.5 hours of labor, but with the customer replacing this item themselves, how much time did it take the tech to diagnose this? Thanks.

@Alix M It took like .10 the bulk of the labor requested would have been for the install if the customer decided he couldn't do it.

@Alix M THIS CUSTOMER ENDED UP COMING TO OUR FACILITY TO HAVE US INSTALL THE SHOWER CURTAIN FOR THEM. IT ENDED UP TAKING THE TECHNICIAN 1.16 HOURS TO INSTALL. IS THERE ANYWAY WE CAN GO BACK TO SUBMIT FOR THE LABOR APPROVAL INCREASE? DO WE HAVE TO RESUBMIT EVERYTHING? LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU NEED ME TO DO !

@Alix M per the technician he had to completely disassemble the shower curtain system. He had to also remove the rail system in order to install it.

@Kaitlyn R From GD: Alix, Time approved form vendor was .3 . I have updated the Preauth to reflect that approved time. As stated The cartridge can be replaced without removing the entire shower and sealant.
