@Kaitlyn R @Bonnie K From GD: Good Afternoon,   We understand the circumstances, however, we would advise that this is always required for the replacement of a appliance, whether it is a toilet or an AC unit.     Please make note for future claims that we will always ask for serial and model tags and sometimes we need the proof of field scrap when specified by vendor.
