@Kaitlyn R @Michelle A Job 1: approved for flat rate .20 r/r jack customer goodwill .20 additional time dealer goodwill please inform customer : Jacks only bend like this under too much weight, these jacks are meant to come down and touch the ground but are not meant to be weight bearing. ,not leveling the trailer .
