@Alix M THE TECHNICIAN INSTALLED THE PART THAT IS APPROVED UNDER THIS CLAIM.. HOWEVER, THE INSTALL TOOK HIM ALMOST AN HOUR AND A HALF.. IT ALSO TOOK HIM .50 TO DIAGNOSE THE OVEN. IS THERE ANYWAY THAT WE CAN GO BACK TO REQUEST MORE LABOR? 2 HOURS TOTAL.. AS OF RIGHT NOW, WE HAVE 1 HOUR APPROVED.

@Kaitlyn R I am not sure how to respond to Grand Design on this one. If the first repair wasn't done properly, I am not sure if they will deny a new oven. The approval on this was to replace the oven control valve and the pilot flame as stated above. Let me know how you would like me to respond to Grand Design.

@Alix M WE WILL HAVE TO SUBMIT IT WITHOUT IT. THE APPROVAL FOR A COMPLETE OVEN IS ON A SEPERATE CLAIM AND ALREADY APPROVED.. IF THEY TURN AROUND AND DENY THAT, THEY CAN HAVE FUN WITH THIS CUSTOMER.
