@Michelle A From Lippert:  I will need to know if the issues is at all faucets or only the faucet and shower head replaced? If not at all faucets, please bench test the water heater and see if it begins operating as designed.

@Michelle A from lippert: Thank you for your response. Since the issue is at all faucets, we recommend bench testing the water heater to see if it begins working as designed. The bench test needs to be on a separate power, water, and Lp source.  (I am not sure why they previously stated only bench test if not all the faucets and now they are stating to bench test it even though you stated all the faucets.)

I have emailed the vendor letting them know it bench-tested well, but there are restrictions when it is installed in the unit and asked them for their next steps and notified them that we will need to ask for further diagnostic time as we dig further into this. I will provide their response once I get one.

@Matt F @Michelle A This was denied - After a review of your request, including documentation and pictures that may have been provided, we regret to inform you that Lippert will not be able to offer warranty coverage, which would include parts and labor, for this claim. Since you've stated the water heater is working as designed on the bench test, the issue is not with the water heater itself. There is not a manufacturer defect present and is not eligible for warranty consideration. If you feel as if the description and/or picture(s) you provided did not accurately convey the issue, please provide additional images and specific details regarding the use of the unit at the time the issue was identified, and we will be happy to review the additional information for consideration. Let me know how you want to proceed, since the issue appears to be something between the water heater and the faucet.

@Alix M I worked with the tech. The issue with the water heater is due to there not being enough flow for it to kick on. All of the faucets flow enough hot water for the water heater to kick on when the airators are removed. As soon as the airators are installed, there isnt enough flow to allow the water heater to kick on. We have resolved the issue in the shower with a higher flow shower head. The bathroom and kitchen faucets are still a concern. Again, with the airators removed, everything works fine! It is a flow issue... short of replacing the faucets with a different style that flow better, I am at a loss. I do not know why this camper is giving us issues and others have not.

@Alix M No. The issue is not with the water heater. The issue is the fixtures not allowing enough flow to kick on the water heater. The faucets will need to be replaced with higher flowing models.
