@Alix M Correct, per their tests the water heater is working as it is supposed to, but because the faucet and shower head is not allowing for the right amount of pressure to relieve it. The is causing the hot water to pressurize the system and activate the hot limit on the water heater, causing it to stop pushing hot water.

@Alix M i SEE THERE IS NOTES IN PREVIOUS WORK ORDER FROM 5/12/2025 TECH STATED "we need to get ahold mfg about these screen door are not right corners of screen door digging in metel I tried adjusting the wheels seems like they angled the wrong directions does not work with patio frame is there a different option screen door we can try I've came across several like this they don't work I've tried flipping screen door still not right. still the same screen door design I installed and adjustments done the best I can to make it work " PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE FOR ME TO ADD A COPY OF THIS WORK ORDER TO THIS FILE. i WILL GET BACK OUT TO TECH FOR THE OTHER QUESTIONS AND PHOTOS.
