@Michelle A From the vendor: Was the DC voltage checked going to the antenna via the coax cable? If so, what was the reading? Address where the antenna is being tested?

@Alix M @Michelle A we get to charge a normal parts markup even though the part is coming no charge. Also, we have more than 1 hour of diagnostic time. The antenna was removed from the roof for diagnostics - will need to be reinstalled so the camper can leave the shop and come back in after the part arrives. 1.0 simply will not cover it.
