@Alix M AT THIS TIME THE TOILET IS SEALING PROPERLY. THE REPAIR SHOULD HOLD, BUT IT IS HARD TO SAY WHAT THE FUTURE HOLDS.

@Alix M THAT IS CORRECT. THE CUSTOMER CALLED ON JULY 15TH TO SCHEDULE HIS SERVICE WORK. I AM UNSURE IF THEY WANTED TO AVOID HAVING TO PAY FOR MULTIPLE SERVICE CALLS AS THE MANU DOES NOT COVER THEM OR IF THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO USE THEIR UNIT FOR THAT TIME FRAME.
