@Chris B @Alix M It was covered with pollen and bugs as well as coming into the shop immediately after drop off as it was a retail sold unit. Are we supposed to hold the drivers until we are able to wash the units before accepting the unit?

I have gone back to GD and explained to them again that the unit was covered in pollen and bugs and the scratch wasn't noticeable until the unit was washed. I will let you know what they say.

@Alix M we are in a small town with limited options. We got an estimate from the only place that will touch a camper within a 100 mile radius. Can GD send someone to do the repair onsite or arrange with the customer to have the repair work done at the factory?
