@Kaitlyn R @Michelle A This has been denied:  have looked at the pictures you have sent me and have read your techs report in the claim , I then got with our production team here at the plant and they .looked at your pics also and said everything sound and looks completely normal . So we will simply note the concern but deni the claim

@Alix M Can you have Grand Design confirm in writing that the awning arm is not to sit flush in the track were it rests against the unit? I am going to have to call the customer to update them and I want to be able to tell them/show them what Grand Design had said as it does not appear to be correct.
