@Kaitlyn R Last one we had that only one bracket was installed due to the shoe storage, Grand Design requested the other one be installed still. I believe it is sitting in the PA info needed folder. Just a heads up as I don't think they will process this without both being installed.

@Alix M I HAVE ADDED THE SECOND RECALL TO BE LOOKED AT NEXT WEEK BEFORE THE CUSTOMER PICKS IT UP. I KNOW, BUT THERE IS LOGICALLY NO PLACE TO INSTALL IT ON THE LOWER SHOE STORAGE AREA AS THERE IS NOWHERE TO ATTACHED ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BRACKET. I CAN CALL GRAND DESIGN TO SEE IF THEY HAVE A RECOMMENDATION ON WHERE THEY WANT IT INSTALLED?

@ANNA F There are two different invoices that needed to be used, and the freight needed to be adjusted accordingly. The original invoice had 18 of one part and 2 of the other, but I needed the opposite amounts for the parts. You can see mine and Bonnie's comments above.
