@Alix M THE TECHNICIAN INSTALLED A BRACKET ON THE STEP ABOVE THE SHOE STORAGE AREA... BUT ON THE SHOE STORAGE STEP THERE IS NOWHERE TO INSTALL A BRACKET.. ARE THEY WANTING US TO INSTALL IT ON THE TOP OF THE SHOE STORAGE AREA?
