@Alix M per Matt - We had done this repair on the usb port back in 7/8/2025. There must have been a misunderstanding and the unit had been tossed after 30 days. We no longer have this part. The reason that this repair took so long as the blind had been ordered per the tag and came in incorrectly, when we got it corrected, it took time to get in, then the CMR was using the unit. If there are willing to work on this with us great, if not we will have to take the loss on it unfortunately.
