@Kaitlyn R @Michelle A Warranty Repair 1: per vendor By chance was the 4th dip switch on the back of the thermostat in the down or up position? If this is in the up position, it will need to be flipped down in order for the furnace to work.

@Alix M @Matt F @Chris B As Anna has said, we are aware that they have sent us items on this, but they did not work for the units repair. We are happy to send their no charge parts back as they did not repair anything. All we are asking is to be reimbursed for the parts that were used and did repair the unit. Just because they sent us the wrong parts does not exclude them from paying for the correct parts.

That's what I am reading too. It looks like the technician ordered a thermostat, prior to the instruction from the vendor that they would send one no charge. In his notes he goes from got a new thermostat ordered to the board on the ac is not allowing a signal. That it needs a new control board. If the thermostat didn't fix it, then no thermostats or markups should have been submitted. There is a control board billed on the RO, but the vendor was sending one of those no charge also. Please review the previous comments provided on this work order in Dropbox and the dates on the various emails and invoices supplied. Then send let us know how to proceed. Right now the way it reads and the way you want it claimed you are saying, bill for a thermostat that didn't fix it and that was sent at no charge, then bill the control panel, that was also sent at no charge. @ANNA F @Matt F There seems to be confusion here, let's see if we can get this cleared up. Thank you!

I removed the "charged" parts and freight and added the "no charge" parts +30%.
