@Kaitlyn R @Alix M I have to agree, .3 sounds reasonable for what is listed in the WO for diagnosis. Did we have to remove the microwave to test power coming in then reinstall the microwave while we wait for the new part? We SHOULD be getting .2-.3 per time the microwave is removed and reinstalled.

I have gone back to FR with this information. They have been sticklers about flat rates recently, especially since we have been going at them for diagnosis time per the law. They think they don't have to pay it.
