@Alix M WE WERE NOT ASKING FOR ANYTHING ON LINE 2, THAT IS AN INTERNAL LINE THAT WE HAD TO REPAIR. HOWEVER, WE ARE REQUESTING WARRANTY COVERAGE FOR THE PART ONLY ON WARR01. wE GAVE THE cmr THE PART AND HE REPLACED, BUT THE PART WAS NOT PAID FOR BY CMR. @Michelle A The WO should have all this information before submitting to us. Warranty Repair 1 only states noting and nothing about requesting part only. Your comment above about needing the part, that should have been on the WO but I did miss that, my apologies I saw part only and assumed it was for Job 1. Please make sure it is noted on WO's that you are trying to claim part only.
