@Kaitlyn R From GD: If it is arcing there will be burn burn marks inside of it. sent to vendor for review. They will need photos showing damage or this will be denied.

@Alix M it was found on the initial prep- the technician ran it, noticed it was arcing, shut it off and did not run it again. We can run it more times to get the marks if needed.
