@Michelle A They are going to ask for the WO on this since the warranty expired. Do you have an older copy that shows these lines on it with a more accurate date since you just transferred them off of 12205C? Do you have a copy of 12205C with these on there that shows that date?

@Alix M SO ORIGINALLY ON JOB#8 MY TECH COULD NOT SEE WHERE THE ISSUE WAS. AFTER FURTHER COMMUNICATION WITH THE cUSTOMER HE FOUND THE SCUFF ON THE FRONT CAP ON THE DOOR SIDE. WARR03 - CORRECTION WOULD BE TO REPLACE COUNTERTOP AND RESEAL PROPERLY TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGES

@Alix M We have reached out to the customer for pics and videos. I am trying to get everything moving on this as the customer states he will not return for any repairs until all repairs are either denied or approved. This ro is attached to 12205C, so it would be nice to get them both knocked out. I will update as soon as I hear back from the customer.
