@Kaitlyn R From FR: When your techs are able to get the unit in for what was detailed in the video, can you please also have them attach a picture of the measurements of the door? I am more looking for the width because the door shouldn’t be difficult to get out of the pocket wall. I am wondering if there was an incorrect door installed and this is why we are having the issues with the sliding, why the additional screws were added to the locks for the track, and why the door won’t easily pop out of the pocket wall.   I thank you and your techs for being so patient and working with us to remedy this issue.
