@Dustin L @ANNA F I need to claim this today or it will expire in the Grand Designs system again, but the final RO states 3 step brackets and 27 screws, but the correction only states 2 brackets needed to be installed. Please advise.

@Alix M sorry... we are getting absolutely slammed here. (I had 32 voicemails when I came in Tuesday morning). We are trying to respond when we can but between the phones and foot traffic we are pretty all over the place. Judging by the pictures and the recall the answer is two brackets for the two steps. Thank you!
