@Alix M PLEASE RETRY FOR THE TOILET. WE HAD PREVIOUSLY TRIED REPLACING THE BALL VALVE. IT DID NOT WORK. WE ATTEMPTED THIS REPAIR ON 9/05/2025. THE CUSTOMER DID NOT HAVE TIME TO VERIFY THE REPAIR UNTIL MAY WHEN THEY RETURNED TO THEIR UNIT. THEY THEN HAD TO WAIT FOR THE MANU TO APPROVE AND SEND THE OVEN TO HAVE IT LOOKED AT AS THE CUSTOMER DID NOT WANT TO PAY FOR MULTIPLE SERVICE CALLS.

@Kaitlyn R If you are referring to WO 10107B that the ball valve was replaced, you stated that work was done on 11/11/25 as I just submitted this for payment 11/19. I don't see any other claim that has that repair on it. I cannot go back to the manufacturer and state it was repaired in September when we already told them it was repairs in November, please advise if I am missing something.

@Alix M EVERYTHING ON THE 10107B WAS COMPLETED IN SEPTEMBER 2024 EXCEPT FOR THE STOVE WHICH WAS COMPLETED IN NOVEMBER DUE TO HAVING TO WAIT FOR THE STOVE TO COME IN AND BE APPROVED DUE TO THE PREVIOUS REPAIR THAT WAS REQUESTED BY THE MANU NOT WORKING.

@Kaitlyn R I am discussing with the team how to handle this. Ideally the jobs done in September 2024 should have been claimed when they were done and the oven split off from this WO and those jobs should have been submitted back then. When I submitted 10107B, I stated it was done 11/11/25 due to the comment stating that's when the work was completed. I will keep you posted on this.

@Kaitlyn R From keystone: Good morning,   I hope this email finds you well.  If the repair for the toilet was completed in September of 2024 it means the repair lasted a year which is considered a lasting repair.  This time the toilet was submitted in November of 2025 (which is more than 1 year) and it’s well outside of their warranty expiration date of 5/2/2025.    I will approve for the toilet for part only as a goodwill gesture (non-warranty)   Thank you.
