@Sarah C Lippert adjusted the part down -$59.75 on this one. Copy of the email is attached here in DB of their breakdown. This is for work order 72584. I have no idea where they got 75245 from, nothing I sent them has that work order number on it.

@Sarah C This check is the one that actually matches the information we got in the email Brian sent us from Norcold on March 18th. The only thing I can think is that Norcold somehow processed it twice. It does appear to be a duplicate payment - we have no other Norcold claims that have been submitted.
