@Alix M I HAVE UPLOADED A PHOTO OF THE REFER. I HAVE ALSO UPLOADED A COPY OF THE GRAND DESIGN CLAIM PREPARATIONS SHEET STATING THAT THE CLAIM DOES NOT REQUIRE PICTURES IF IT IS AN INSPECTION ONLY. THE CUSTOMER NOW HAS THE UNIT.
