@Alix M THE UNIT IS NOW GONE AND WE WILL NOT BE CHASING THE CUSTOMER FOR PICTURES. THE UNIT WAS SHIPPED TO US WITH "HARBOR" COLOR FURNITURE WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DOVE COLORED FURNITURE. THE WARRANTY REP CAN REFERENCE THIS CLAIM TO ROB MCKIBBEN, THE SOLITUDE/REFLECTION REP AS HE IS THE ONE THAT SHIPPED THE NEW FURNITURE AND TOLD US TO SUBMIT FOR LABOR REIMBURSEMENT.
