@Kaitlyn R Grand Design has approved 3 hours total for Warranty Repair 1 now. Updated WO states 6 hours minimum needed. Is there any more information you can give us to try and get the full 6 hours requested? @Chris B Please review- should I send a demand letter?

@Kaitlyn R @Chris B You can ignore that comment for now. I have an email from GD that I added to the folder approving 6 hours, however the GD system only reflects 3 hours. I will see how they respond to my request for them to update to the correct amount of 6 hours.
