@Alix M @Kaitlyn R SO FIRST WARRANTY LINE THERE IS A CASE NUMBER. GD REPAIRED HIS UNIT AND DID NOT PUT BUTYL TAPE BEHIND THE DRIP RAIL AFTER REPAIR. tHEY TOLD CMR THAT THEY WOULD BE COVERING SO iT NEEDS TO BE PUSHED BACK TO WARRANTY FOR COVERAGE AS THIS WAS GDS FAULT ON REPAIR. WARRANTY ONE IS THE ONLY LINE WE ARE TRYING TO CLAIM. tHIS DID START IN MY NAME BUT KAITLYN HAS TAKEN OVER THE CLAIM BECAUSE OF ALL THE COMPLICATIONS. sHE HAS SLIGHTLY MORE INFORMATION ON THIS, BUT I DISCUSSED WITH HER FOR THE UPDATE I PROVIDED. I WILL STILL ASSIST IF NEEDED AS BUSY SEASON HAS HIT.
