@Alix M The retaining clip on the harness broke and the plug fell out of the abs module.  It wouldn't stay plugged in, so I zip tied the plug in temporarily while the new harness was on order.Without the module plugged in, the customer lost left turn, right turn, brakes and brake lights. We worked with SRT and they confirmed we needed to order and replace the harness AFTER he had us replace the front 7 way distribution board (has the battery disconnect built into it) which did not fix the issue.  I have also added a picture that Matt sent me of the harness.

@Kaitlyn R @Bonnie K We received a control box and harness today with a copy of Claim 912640.  Handwritten on the claim that you sent back (see attached) you’ve stated: Scott McDaniel with your SRT team told us to replace the control box when it was the wire.  Can you please clarify?  Are you saying the control box works, but the harness was the problem?   Also, there is no PA that I see for the harness please advise.   We will  hold parts for 10 business days at which time they will be scrapped.

@Alix M THAT IS CORRECT. WE TRIED DOING WHAT THE SRT TEAM SUGGESTED. UPON DOING THAT IT WAS FOUND THAT THAT REPAIR DID NOT WORK. WE THEN REPLACED THE HARNESS AND IT RECTIFIED THE SITUATION.
