@Alix M Why would this form need to be filled out if we had to adjust the flow on the water heater? The pressure to the shower was low which lead to the flow needing to be adjusted. The tech came to this conclusion when he tested the faucet in the kitchen, bathroom and the shower head. When he had saw that the pressure was low in the shower, that is when he had realized the flow needed to be adjusted to get the right pressure and allow the hot water to flow properly to the shower
