@Alix M CAN YOU PLEASE GET BACK TO THEM AND REITERATE THAT THIS WAS ORIGNALLY NOTED ADN LOOKED AT PRIOR TO THE WARRANTY EXPIRING. WE WERE UNABLE TO ACCESS THE UNIT DUE TO THE CUSTOMER CLOSING THE UNIT DOWN PREMATURELY DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.
